All of these pictures were taken in Little Rock

at the Old Mill. This place was designed for the

movie "Gone With The Wind" and is a great place

to take pictures. It was especially beautiful this

past weekend when all the azaleas were in full

bloom. This was Ashley's Senior Prom and Justin

went w/ Ashley's friend Sara.

Saturday -April 17

Today is Cole's 12th Birthday !! Mama Lisa fixed him his

favorite Breakfast Meal (pancakes & Bacon) complete with

his very own candle !! If any of you know us very well, Cole

is our BABY !! I bought him for Doy for Father's Day

12 years ago, and it has by far been the best present ever.

Cole has never missed a day of work, been snuck in lots of hotels,

has traveled to many states, been on lots of vacations,

swam in lots of rivers,lakes, and ponds, retrieved lots of

ducks & geese, tracked a few deer, been in many deer

stands and has riden a 4-wheeler more than lots of people

that we know !! Cole is just a wonderful addition to our

family and has always been a faithful FRIEND !!

Day 6 Ceilings

Looking towards the kitchen area Looking into the living room area We have (4) men that started on the ceilings on Monday, April 5. The oldest of which is 73 and the youngest being in his 50's. They completed all the ceilings yesterday, April 12. They are fast, but also very good and we're very pleased w/ their work so far !!

Day 1 Ceilings

Yeah !! We had some different guys that started on Monday doing the Trimwork in the house. They got our bedroom ceiling and part of the Master Bath done yesterday. They think that they can get all the wood up in the house in 3 weeks !! They really did a wonderful job yesterday and I hope that it continues and we can get this process done soon !! An update on the floors......We got a quote on having the existing concrete floors professionally polished and re- stained and that's the way we're going to go cause we really wanted our concrete floors. So now, we're just waiting to hear back from the insurance company and to see what they'll pay us to fix the floors. I'll keep you updated on the process !!

YES !!! I still have it !!! The big girl can still get those

feet off the ground and Jump Rope !! And it really blew

their minds when I could run and start jumping while

they were already swinging the rope !! Doy thought it

was pretty funny too, that's why this picture was taken !

Dyeing Easter Eggs

Gran was suppose to be keeping an eye on the

kids so they didn't spill anything ! ha,ha

Aunt Amy had her hands full w/ Sydney Kate and

her dyeing eggs. She just wanted to do it by

herself !!

These were some tie-dye eggs that Katy and cousin

Delores were doing. They turned out really pretty !

Lower Cooking Area Cabinets

This is the Upper Cabinets that go over the Cooking

Area. They'll have the Vent-a-Hoods connected to the

underside of them and will have either glass doors

or just glass shelves for decorations.

We've been working on these in our SPARE time that

we're not working down at the house. We've been held up

for months on our floors in the house (stained concrete) due

to the Foam Insulators ruining them by not covering them

while doing their spraying. Hopefully tomorrow (Good

Friday) we have a company coming down to look at the

floors and hopefully they will tell us if they are

salvageable or not by Polishing & Dyeing them.

We're keeping our fingers crossed, because we

really liked our Concrete Floors !
