Merry Christmas

This is just a few different pictures that we used this
year for our Christmas Cards. We always enjoy doing them
and my husband usually comes up with the ideas. This
year we're missing one family member, Justin. As the kids
are getting older and moving on in their lives and living
in different towns, the number in the pictures are getting
less. Next year, who knows, it might just be me & Doy
and hopefully our Best Friend Cole. Cole is getting older
every year, 13 1/2 at the present, but we love him
dearly and eveyone always comments about him being
in the pictures with us.
We want to wish you all a Merry Christmas & Happy
New Year and may the Lord Bless each and everyone
of you and your families.
We love you ALL !!

Happy 21st B-Day Ashley !!

The baby turned 21 on Dec. 18.

Catching Up !!

Attended the 9-11 Memorial Game in Little Rock Amy, Mom, & Delaney w/ our matching shirts
Those attending the game were asked to wear
red & white shirts for their sections and the student
section wore the blue in Memory of those that lost
their lives on Sept. 11. This picture from overhead
looks awesome.
Got to go to Arlington/Dallas on Oct. 1 to the
Southwest Classic between Arkansas & Texas A&M with
some of my best friends & family
Delaney, Pork Chop, Renee' and Mom before the game
Our Good Friends, Bro. Gary & Janet along
with Delaney & mom waiting on the game to start.
My friend Renee is never paying attention !
Doy and I at the game. He never goes with me to the
games, and I was sure glad he went this time. He
won't admit it, but I think he had fun and it was a
great game to be at !
Ashley has completed Cosmatology School in
October !! Yeah !! So we had a little cookout
with the family in celebration of this time in her life.
Ashley and her boyfriend Eric.

Let it rain, Let it Rain !

Entertaining Area ...a/k/a "The Dam Shed"
is in the works. I always wanted a Pergola and DJ
says that's for City folks, and we're far from the city
so we just got this Rustic Shed instead. Gonna
look good when it's done !!

Boat Dock Project

Main Post for the boat dock are in Boat Dock Structure done for the first time. The guy that dug our pond was off a little on his gps for the water level and this pic is taken before we had to come back and raise the structure up another foot so the water will be just below the floor of the dock. When the pond is FULL it'll be about 7-8 foot deep at the dock. Sturcture for the 2-decks and the walkway post down to the dock. When pond is FULL the water will come up under this lower deck a little ways. This is picture is taken looking at the concrete entertaining area which will be covered w/ a fireplace, grill, a long table to sit at and a firepit on the left end of this picture. Walkway going down to the second deck. There is no steps on this whole thing so it'll be easy access for everyone (us especially when we get old) ! ha,ha Standing on the ramp looking at the deck
Standing on the second deck looking down the walkway
to the boat dock
Boat Dock !! Can you tell we're ready to sit out
here and relax. We've sit out here the last two nights
listening to the sounds of nature and watching the
bats fly around (hopefully catching lots of mosquitos)
Standing on the boat dock looking back towards the
house.
Here's an empty chair for whoever wants to come
and visit for a period of time. My Aunt Ruth will
be so excited that she can come and walk out the
door of the house and down to the dock and her feet
will never touch the dirt or grass !!
Here's our Baby Cole enjoying the dock with us !!
